    The weight loss diet tip working best for me right now is to take the trigger foods I usually crave and eat a lighter replacement in their place. I think about what it is about the food I actually crave, then find something with that feature but way less calories.

    That's a good idea. My worst trigger foods are things like muffins or banana/pumpkin spice loaves. Any suggestions for lighter alternatives that you would use?
