    I struggle with sleep but just started taking a sleep aid to help me out. Now that I feel better during the day, eating better and exercising are both so much easier. I'm taking better care of myself almost automatically, just because I'm rested. I highly recommend focusing on sleep if you're finding it hard to reach health or weight goals.

    what kind of sleep aid are you taking? CBD oil?

      I try hard to sleep but can't. It just doesn't happen. I'm always tired. I agree that sleep is the key to a lot of health outcomes most of us want, but I just can't seem to get enough of it.
