  • Tracking = motivation

    I have found that the more I track myself the more I am motivated to beat my old results. I think if your’e competitive in any way, then competing with yourself will drive you.

    A good tip, Whirlybird. I do find competing with myself to be rewarding most of the time. Only trouble is sometimes I'm OK with letting myself fail LOL! But really, when it comes to weight loss, your only competition is you.

      This doesn't really work for me, likely because I'm not really a competitive person. I find instead of trying to beat old results, I focus on trying to figure out may habits and what works for me and try to avoid making the same mistakes twice by trying new things.
