  • Eat more but eat less

One of the most common dieting tips I hear is to eat 3 - 5 meals per day but consume a smaller portion with each meal. That certainly does sound like common sense, but my question is, what constitutes a "smaller portion"? How much food should I actually be eating with each meal and do the portions always stay the same or should you eat more or less with different meals. I think the less is more approach does make sense when it comes to eating healthy and losing weight, but I really can't wrap my brain around how much I should eat, especially when I already have a hard enough time feeling full and satisfying my hunger.

Your tip would be better if you didn't include a link to some gym. Do you go there? Does this gym help you eat less and have a healthy diet? I'd appreciated if you opened a new topic instead of using my tip to advertise for your gym
