That's sad! You should take some pics of yourself and choose the one you like best and share it. You're being way harder on yourself than your friends will be.

I take before and after weight loss photos and I don't mind showing them at all. I'm proud to show people the difference a certain diet program has made. It doesn't just motivate me, I think it helps encourage them that they can see great results too if they way. I have the proof!
