is WW just rebranded or has the program changed

Is WW the same as weight watchers just rebranded because it really stopped being about just weight quite a while ago (though that's still a major thing). Is still basically the points system for food and you can earn more points by exercising and all that?

That program is always evolving. If you do it, go back in 2 years and do it again, you'll always notice a difference. So yeah, they rebranded because they want to focus on healthy lifestyle, not just weight, but they're always changing and that isn't really different. I hope that makes sense.

Is it really anything other than a shorter name? The ads make it look the same as it always was.
