Whenever I ask about a healthy diet, everyone says Mediterranean. Is there a second healthiest? I'm just trying to figure out what I'm most likely to follow.

If you're looking for healthy food, you really don't need to get a plan. Just focus on foods that are not processed. That will help you skip most unhealthy ingredients and sugars. If you go for foods that are as unprocessed as possible (you can't skip all of them, but try for as many whole foods) then even if you have the occasional treat at a restaurant, it won't matter. Get lots of fruit and veggies and aim for variety. Don't overcomplicate things or you won't stick to it.
