  • Feeling progress after 3 weeks

    After 2 weeks of a light boost to my daily exercises (I mean it. I added 3 five-minute workouts that often were nothing more than just walking around the room), and cleaning up my diet just a little bit, I can feel the difference in my progress. The pounds are coming off really slow, so I'm thinking of adding a diet pill, but I feel like my posture is better, my skin is better (after an initial break-out that really surprised me!) and I have more energy especially in the morning. I'm going to keep working at this. It feels great!

    Nice job! I'm jealous. This is actually motivating to me. I need to get myself on track more regularly so I"ll feel like that, too

      All those workouts really do add up! i wouldn't have thought that 2 minutes at a time would do it, but I know 10 minutes at a time makes a huge difference. I can do two or three 10-minute workouts most days.
