After 2 weeks of a light boost to my daily exercises (I mean it. I added 3 five-minute workouts that often were nothing more than just walking around the room), and cleaning up my diet just a little bit, I can feel the difference in my progress. The pounds are coming off really slow, so I'm thinking of adding a diet pill, but I feel like my posture is better, my skin is better (after an initial break-out that really surprised me!) and I have more energy especially in the morning. I'm going to keep working at this. It feels great!
