January really felt like a fresh start for me this year. I gained a lot of weight last year. I stopped weighing myself so I didn't even know how much. This year, I've decided to just take better care of myself. I've started eating smarter and exercising. It's work, but it's not actually hard. I've lost 2 pounds since the start of the year. I know I"m still at the beginning. It'll get harder and easier and harder again. But I can tell it's way better than what I was doing last year.
