When i first started dieting i didnt do well but that was because i was doing everything wrong 4 me. I was following a diet that was working 4 my friend but that my body didnt like. After years of trying lots of different things ive learned that i have sensitivities 2 certain foods & ive found that some exercises were 2 intense 4 me. Get 2 know what works 4 u and what doesnt & dieting will be less of a struggle
