It's also important to remember that what makes you happy in your diet today may not be the same as what will make you feel that way tomorrow. Allow yourself to evolve. Discover new things and keep it fresh and interesting. That's how you'll keep yourself from becoming bored or uninterested.

That should be your number one priority. Why would you ever want to continue with anything if it doesn't make you feel good?

I agree Bean. It's about doing what's right for you. The point is to get healthy and feeling good about yourself. Only you can determine what that is for yourself
