    I know a lot of people want their weight loss faster, but there's an upper limit. It's only good if it's sustainable. If you're just going to gain it later, it's not worth it. 1 to 2 pounds per week, max.

    Extremely good advice. It's so easy to want to go faster, but it's never a good idea to go too fast!

      good point. It's hard to stick to that though. It's easy to want to just get it done as fast as possible. Even when we know it's bad for us, we want it over with. Got to think of it as a lifestyle not a goal with an end.
